At tree-tec treestands L.L.C., we believe the customer prefers to and should choose his own fall-restraint system. Our tree stands do not come with any climbing belt, safety belt, chest harness, full-body harness, or any other type of fall-restraint system, so choose one you trust, and never climb without it.

WARNING:

DEATH OR SERIOUS BODILY INJURY MAY RESULT FROM: 1)USING OUR TREE STAND WITHOUT A SAFE AND EFFECTIVE FALL-RESTRAINT SYSTEM, 2) ALTERING OR MODIFYING OUR TREE STAND, AND/OR 3) USING ONE OF OUR TREE STANDS CONTRARY TO OUR INSTRUCTIONS, WARNINGS, AND SAFETY RULES.

DANGER:

Climbing is a dangerous sport. The following are but a few of the independent factors that can come into play and ultimately determine whether your use of our tree stand will be safe and successful: 1) safety; 2) weather; 3) physical attributes; 4) age, type, and condition of the (i) host tree, (ii) tree stand, (iii) fall-restraint system, (iv) straps, (v) belts, and (vi) buckles.
