1) Lock quick release pins in up position as shown in Figure (1). This will allow the blade assembly to be easily connected or disconnected from stand. NOTE: Lock Pins in up position ONLY when connecting or disconnecting stand from tree.

Once stand is mounted to tree, connect all four elastic cords as shown in Figure (2).

2) Connect straps (located on nylon rope) to the seat section quick release rings. Tie loose end of rope to quick release rings on bottom platform. Nylon rope doubles for safety string and to adjust platform as shown in Figure (2).

Place AM-LOCK on the side of stand as shown in Figure 2. After adjusting top unit up, unlock and take out slack. Before adjusting top unit down, unlock AM-LOCK. Insert about 3 (three) inches of slack, then lock back in place.

CLIMBING PROCEDURE

Attach a fall-restraint system to your body and tree before attempting to climb. As you climb up or down the tree, slide your fall-restraint system up or down with you. Don't rush climbing-THINK SAFETY!

Sit down on bar seat and place feet under lift bar on bottom platform. Stand up and move upper section up tree with hands as shown in diagram. At this point site on seat and lift bottom section up tree with toe bar and lock into place. Repeat this procedure to continue climbing.

ADJUSTER PROCEDURE

If stand becomes unlevel (sloping down), adjust top section by simply holding stand in a tilted upward position with outside portion of your legs and pull quick release rings. After pins unlock, the blade assembly will automatically slide forward making the stand level or tilt slightly upwards. NOTE: DO NOT HOLD QUICK RELEASE, AS SOON AS IT UNLOCKS, RELEASE TO ALLOW PINS TO LOCK IN FOLLOWING HOLE. To adjust bottom platform, place feet securely under lift bar and tilt upward. At the same time, pull nylon ropes. Once pins unlock, the blade assembly will slide forward adjusting platform. DANGER: AFTER ADJUSTING, MAKE SURE QUICK RELEASE PINS ARE IN PLACE BEFORE APPLYING YOUR WEIGHT. PRACTICE ADJUSTING PROCEDURE WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED AT GROUND LEVEL UNTIL YOU ARE ABLE TO CLIMB AND ADJUST WITH CONFIDENCE BEFORE HUNTING.

REVERSE PROCEDURE

To adjust stand down, pull quick release rings (top unit) or nylon rope (bottom unit). Apply just enough of your weight to make stand adjust to level position. NOTE: DO NOT HOLD QUICK RELEASE, AS SOON AS IT UNLOCKS, RELEASE TO ALLOW PINS TO LOCK IN FOLLOWING HOLE.
