Please take a few moments to review our important policies on payment methods, applicable sales tax, shipping & handling and return policy. If you should have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our office.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Personal Checks/Debit/Credit
  Amacker Outdoors accepts personal checks, debit and credit cards through PayPal. Orders may also be placed directly by calling 1-800-AMACKER using your credit card. VISA, MASTERCARD Accepted.

Shipping and Handling

• Shipping and handling charges are added to each item at the time of purchase. All items are shipped within seven (7) business days. If we cannot fill an order within seven (7) business days due to an unexpected inventory shortage or manufacturing limitations, Amacker Outdoors will contact you regarding a shipping date or if desired, a full refund.
• Amacker Outdoors ships all products via UPS, therefore we must have a physical address to ensure delivery. UPS will "not" delivery to a P.O. box.

Sales Tax

• You will not be charged a sales tax if your order is shipped outside of the State of Louisiana. You will be charged a sales tax at the rate of 9.5% if your order is shipped within Louisiana.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of all back orders.

Return Policy

• If our tree stand is damaged or is missing items, please call 1-800-AMACKER immediately or email us. Please provide us with your name and order number and we will take care of replacing the damaged or missing piece(s).

Satisfaction Guaranteed

• If you disagree with any of our Terms of Sale, or find yourself dissatisfied with our tree stand for any reason, return it for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the sale date, unused and damage-free, in the original box, with all videos, instructions, and manuals. Postage must be prepaid. COD's not accepted.
